Can I request a product sample?

We offer samples on most packaging items. Samples are available to order from us, please contact us directly for more information. 

How Can I Order Customized Packaging? And How Long Does It Usually Take? 

Contact us directly. We will prepare a template/die-line file for you. And once the art file is finalized, we will prepare quotes and lead time for you. With some of the lowest MOQs in the industry, fast turnaround times, and a wide variety of customization options, you can be sure our team can bring your vision to life just the way you want.

Production time and shipping time will be estimated for you (case-by case). We have some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry.

Can I Make Changes to My Order After Placing an Order? 

Any changes to orders already placed should be requested immediately by contacting customer service. Please have your order number ready. Once an order is placed, we may be unable to make any changes to your order.
